Get fit with 2 months of Acadia Fit Training!
Enjoy daily workouts via Zoom with Jenna in the comfort of your own home with one-on-one training modifications in a group setting. All sessions are taped so you have access to them at any time.
Live Zoom classes are:
7:00 am - 7:45 am Monday - Friday Workouts
5:30 pm - 6:15 pm Monday - Thursday Workouts
9:00 am - 9:45 am Saturday and Sunday Workouts
6:30 pm Tuesday and 10:00 am Sunday Yoga
The classes are a blend between 3-4 days strength and 3-4 days cardio. The style is a blend between traditional strength training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Bootcamp circuits, and core training. Some weeks are isolated muscle groups and others its full-body movements with a core focus. We offer Yoga 2 days a week and foam rolling 2 days a week. Following this program will guarantee to change body composition, drop body fat, and build strength and muscle. Classes are for all levels and offer modifications to make a movement harder or easier based on your abilities. If you're looking to get into a routine and improve your quality of life, this is a GREAT start!
