International Four-Course Dinner created and delivered to your home.


First Course
Provençale Country Vegetable Soup: A creamy, warm potato, leek, and vegetable soup served with a dollop of crème fraîche.


Second Course
Pacific Coast Salad: Refreshing salad with romaine lettuce, ripe tomatoes, crispy cucumber, scallions, hearts of palm, roasted pumpkin seeds, avocado, fresh oregano, and a white balsamic vinaigrette


Third Course (Entrée)

Chinese Pepper Steak:
Cubes of tender filet mignon served with onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and a melt-in-your-mouth savory soy-wine-ginger sauce.

North African Halibut: 
Flaky halibut seared and basted with a sauce of butter, honey and Ras El Hanout.


 


Ras El Hanout is a North African spice mixture of mainly sweet spices, usually including cardamom, cumin, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground ginger, salt and pepper (mild, not spicy)


Fourth Course (Dessert)
Flourless Chocolate Cake, creamy, rich decadent chocolate dessert that will satisfy your chocolate cravings!


Wine will accompany this amazing dinner.

Special Instructions

Chef Alan and Sous-Chef Linda Treibitz have cooked together since before their marriage 46 years ago. Their love of gourmet cooking and entertaining has turned their home into the place to go for holidays and celebrations with family and friends. Each four-person dinner must have the same selected entree an d will be packaged and delivered to one location. 


Please note that the meal will be best consumed on the day of delivery.
