Ryan DiFranco brings Italian to Denver in his chef-driven, quick-service restaurant.

DiFranco's focus is on simple Italian food. Many of DiFranco's recipes have their roots from Sicily -- where his grandmother was born. The menu features daily fresh-made pastas, sandwiches, and salads comprised of local ad organic ingredients.

Currently only open for take-out and delivery.
