Angele will work with you to find the perfect treats for your taste, from traditional to inventive. We can work with allergies, dietary restrictions, and preferences. Options are wide open.

Ideas include:

Rosh Hashanah: apple cobbler, Bourbon honey cake, apple and honey bread pudding

Sukkot: rugelah, pear galette, lemon chess pie

Hanukkah: sufganiyot, churros with homemade caramel, treasure cake filled with gelt

Purim: hamantaschen with fillings from scratch such as cherry or apricot, or not-your-Bubbe’s recipe versions like peanut butter in chocolate dough

Pesach: chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting (the impossible: a GF Pesach dessert that gluten fans willingly eat year-round!), French macarons, chocolate macaroons

Shavuot: chocolate peanut butter cheesecake, cheese danish from scratch, cinnamon babka

And if you have too many treats at a certain time of year and want to trade one for, say, a birthday cake (red velvet? tres leches? devil’s food?), that can be arranged!
