Realism is becoming a lost art. Translating beautiful objects into fine strokes of color and light is time-consuming and challenging. But it is also something I feel I was born to do. Satisfaction comes from knowing how difficult and exacting the process is -- and how the end result captures a vision that is usually gone in a moment as shadows change and light takes on different qualities.
