Trumpet lesson (1) One hour or (2) 30 minute lessons

Any age – never too old or too young – warm up, theory, technique and endurance. 

Michelle is a local trumpet player and educator. She received her BM in education from the University of Mississippi and her MM in trumpet performance from Dana School of Music in Ohio. Michelle has taught for over 30 years from pre-k music to High School Jazz Band and Choir. In the studio she has taught primarily trumpet but in the last few years she has added ukulele to her resume. Ukulele is such an accessible instrument for young children and adults. When combined with basic music theory concepts such as note reading, chord building and basic strumming and singing, it opens up the world of music to just about anyone.
