Time for a Teacher Treat!

You are bidding on an amazing and unique virtual experience exploring the La Brea Tar Pits with Ms. Campbell and her husband Sean!

The first 20 minutes will be a virtual tour of the La Brea Tar Pits excavation site and a Q&A session with Ms. Campbell's husband, Sean Campbell. He will show and tell us all about how paleontologists are digging up mammals from the last ice age in our own backyard!

Then, using the teacher treat kits Ms. Campbell will deliver to each student beforehand, we will hang out on Zoom and do our own mini-excavation and eat a snack together!

The teacher treat kit includes: a mini-excavation kit (ice age mammal), a book, a snack and juice to share together over Zoom!

Ms. Campbell will drop-off a teacher treat kit beforehand at the student's home (contactless), or arrange pick-up at La Ballona.

In addition to the winning bidder, one additional student will join this fabulous teacher experience, to be drawn randomly from the list of every student at La Ballona! The "raffled" student will be announced after the auction ends.

Please note that Ms. Campbell is expecting a baby in January, so she will try to coordinate the dates for December. If that doesn't work, you will meet-up in March when she returns to school!
