Name: Athena      Best Guess for Breed:  Pit mix

Best Guess for Age:  2 years old    SEX:  female

Approximate Weight:  35lbs

Gets Along With:   Dogs! She also loooves kiddos and just wants to give them kisses. She is a little too interested in cats to live with them.

Currently Living at:  DC area foster home.

Athena is Looking For:  Her best friend! Like any pitty, Athena loves to cuddle and thinks she's a total lapdog. She can't wait to go for long runs and play at the dog park and then come straight home to sleep right on top of you. Athena is such a sweet girl and can't wait to find her furever family.

What My Foster Says About Me: Athena is a character. She is a scrappy little pit mix who has a hilarious personality that goes along perfectly with her hilarious underbite! All she wants to do is crawl into your lap and kiss your face (though she likes to use her teeth so we have some training to do). She is also very playful and loves to chew bones, chase dolls, and attempt playtime with her foster brother. Every person we pass on a walk has the potential to give her pets so she tries to meet everyone we pass. She is such a sweet girl and will make any family lucky. Athena is also an awesome jogging partner! She runs right next to you and stays on the path.  She is up to jogging 2 miles will me at about a 9 min pace.

Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.

TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $350, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.

100% of the funds received from the winning auction item will go to the rescue and rehoming of homeless dogs and cats.
