Matthew Chura, father of a Graufuchs (grey fox) preschooler, is donating a bottle of his homemade tonic syrup. The syrup is delicious on its own with some soda water and a squeeze of lime or mixed with gin for an artisan twist on the classic gin & tonic. 

Ingredients include cinchona bark, lemongrass, citrus zest, allspice, lavender, citric acid, and turbinado sugar. Full ingredients and mixing directions are included.
