Christiane Meschkat, parent to children in Grades 3 and 5, has graciously offered to host a virtual sourdough bread baking class.  The class will meet online on two consecutive mornings (first morning for ca. 30 min, second morning ca. 2 hours)  to learn step by step how to bake a yummy sourdough bread and nourish your starter. Wheat sourdough starter and lots of other useful information for the novice baker and recipes will be provided.  Let's get baking together!
