During these challenging times, staying in the moment is more important than ever. This auction item includes three 1.5-hour-long personalized Yoga Asana Classes that can help you destress and stay centered. 

Lauren guides flow yoga that rides the breath as a moving meditation filled with joy, yet introspective. No prior yoga experience is necessary, although seasoned practitioners are also welcome. We will flow through seated, kneeling, standing, balance, and supine postures before settling into an integrative final relaxation. The sessions can be effort filled or easeful, depending on what your body needs. Classes are via Zoom unless a mutually agreed upon outdoor location is chosen. Certificate winner must call to arrange a time at mutual convenience.
