While the original Red Bench from the Octagon atop Stowe is in the Museum, here’s your chance to own your own red bench from the Octagon. This bench was installed in the 1980s. Maybe you even sat on it! It was removed from the Octagon during the 2012-13 season and found a home nearby in the Mount Mansfield Ski Patrol headquarters. The MMSP vouches for the bench’s authenticity and comfort!
