Whether you know exactly what it is you want to do with "the rest of your life", have some vague sense of a next move, or feel utterly lost, this program can help you start on a path to a meaningful career or other goal.
These two consulting sessions are designed to help you identify, and begin to take action on, your truest career/business goals using a practical, action-oriented approach. You will begin a five-step process to intentionally explore and identify what values and passions most reflect who you are; identify one clear and meaningful goal; and take first microsteps to move you into action using a gentle, freeing method. If you have lost touch with your dreams, have too many projects to choose from, or are in transition and ready for a new path, this is for you.
This consultation includes a five-step workbook and two one-hour consulting sessions via Zoom. It is a great opportunity for college students, those returning to the work force, or those contemplating a career change.
Special Instructions
Paula is an entrepreneur and non-profit leader with a passion for mission-driven, bold and impactful work. She has coached and advised hundreds of adults of all ages and teens (via 1:1, in groups, and as a manager in the technology and nonprofit sector) through the Reclaim Your Dreams program. She believes wholeheartedly that through intentional action, every human can set on a path to meaningful and fulfilling work. To that end, she embarked on a research and writing project that led to the development of a five-step program for career and life-goal setting -- published in two guidebooks (one for adults, Reclaim Your Dreams, and one for teens, Take 5 for Your Dreams, an Amazon best seller).
