You can bike ride 10-15 minutes in one direction to enjoy the wide sandy beach and big waves of South Beach, or 10-15 minutes in the other direction to visit the shopping and restaurants of downtown Edgartown.


The large home has a bright cathedral ceiling living area and a full kitchen, plus an expansive outdoor deck with dining area. The home has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, plus a 3rd floor loft sleeping area. A washer and dryer are available, and parking is free on the premises. Amenities include beach essentials (beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, snorkeling gear), WIFI, cable TV, and a BBQ grill. The owners follow the strict Covid-19 cleaning protocols developed by Airbnb, and there is a cleaning fee (typically around $100) in addition to the cost of this Auction item. The host will also supply sheets and towels for a cost of $250-$350, depending on the number of people. That includes blankets, too, and toppers for all the mattresses and pillows. All are recommended with Covid-19 precautions. People can absolutely bring their own sheets/towels to avoid this fee.
