Gibbet Hill Grill is one of the leaders of the farm-to-fork movement in New England. With over three acres of produce planted on-site at the Gibbet Hill Farm, the majority of the Grill's produce is delivered to the kitchen on foot. Gibbet Hill also uses a variety of strategies to allow for locally-grown foods to be served year round. This includes use of a root cellar, pickling, canning, cold storage, and a hoophouse on the farm that grows spinach and salad greens year round. Its cuisine is based on updated American classics with a generous selection of Black Angus steaks.
