This trunk was salvaged from the Boxborough transfer station, and we think it could be a WWII footlocker. It is dark green and was made by The Warren Co., Inc., dated 1943. It would be ideal outside on your covered porch but could also be used inside next to your fireplace! It is filled with fresh white and scotch pine, pinecones, white birch logs, white snowflake tinkle lights (battery), snowflakes with a red and plaid bow. The greens are in a bucket with oasis and water to keep them fresh all season long. The trunk is approximately 34" x 16.5" x 26"H, and with the lid opened the height is about 30''.
