Three (3) 45 minute personal training sessions at FitSpaceNYC, founded by Richard Louis (a national and international bodybuilding champion), the studio is dedicated to providing exclusive individualized training to our clients. They offer a wide range of services from body transformation and conditioning to pre-/post-natal training, catering to each client's unique needs, helping them reach their goals.

FitSpaceNYC is a 1400-sq foot facility that features all new equipment in an intimate and friendly, but no-nonsense environment.

Located at 180 West 80th Street #218 (@ Amsterdam Ave.) 

The classes can be conducted in person or online.  All CDC and NY State guidelines will apply during the training sessions.
