Rye Whisky Tasting Note:
A light nose with aromas of dry oak, vanilla and nutmeg, with sweet and slightly spicy characteristics of classic Canadian Whisky. Oak is very central throughout with dried fruit, vanilla, sugar caramel and prune on the palate. The finish is clean with oaky spice and smooth tannin. Meant to be an easy, light mixer rather than a connoisseur sipper.
