Description
A windbreaker is just the thing to have in case you need another layer.
This windbreaker was made by Port and Company. It is size Large. It is 100% Nylon with a 100% polyester lining.
It has overlays in the front and back that are open at the bottom (keeping rain off) but letting air in.
The jacket is dark navy blue with the Emergency Management Assistance Compact logo on the left breast.
