This is a framed patch set from the 1999 24th World Scout Jamboree held from July 22 to Aug. 2, 2019, at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, West Virginia.

A search of the Internet, including eBay, didn't turn up this patch set. 

Together, the set forms a circle. The center patch in the shape of a pentagon has the jamboree logo and Emergency Management Operations. Each side of the pentagon has a discipline and the patch that attaches there represents that discipline. The disciplines are Fire, Rescue/EMS, Stewards, Planning, and Communication. 

The patch is framed in a 13" square black frame. 

This is truly a rare find and is perfect for the scout collector to the EM collector.
