The winning bidder will receive a certificate for One (1) month of virtual classes through We Fit MOMS or Run/Hike with our San Fernando Valley or Griffith Park for a Season
In Person Run/Hike Group Season Kicks off April 10, 2021.
SFV Run/Hike: We hike or run the trails, roads, and open spaces of Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Encino, and Agoura Hills. Our most recent adventure was reaching the top of Sandstone Peak, the highest peak in the Santa Monica Mountains.
Griffith Park Run/Hike: We hike or run the trails, roads, and open spaces of Griffith Park, as well as surrounding areas like Brand Park, the Hollywood Bowl, Lake Hollywood and more.
âWe meet in different locations to access a variety of trails.
Work out at home or from anywhere without a commute or the need to change out of your pajamas! Classes taught by We Fit Moms Coach Lucie Murray via Zoom:
ONE HOUR - STRENGTH, CARDIO STRETCH
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30-9:30am
One hour class combining weights, core work, and stretching. Focus on specific muscle groups, work on posture/form. You'll need hand weights (3, 5, 8 or 10lb), foam yoga block, and mat. Great for an all over workout – opportunity to ask questions and get individual assistance with form or modifications.
30 MINUTE - FIT IT IN FRIDAYS
Fridays 8:30-9am
30 minute class is great for the time crunched (all levels welcome), those traveling, or beginners who are building stamina. No equipment necessary - just a beach towel or mat. Occasionally we use weights but you can easily use water bottles or food cans.
