The use of the award is based on availability and cannot be used on major holidays. There are no substitutions, and award cannot be exchanged for cash. The award cannot be used for an existing reservation or combined with any other offer or discount. Bearer of award must be at least 25 years of age and willing to assume full responsibility. A security deposit of $500 (cash or credit card) will be held and released upon return of undamaged travel trailer. Bearer of award will not hold Coyote RV Rentals, LLC responsible for loss or stolen property, injuries or any other damages obtained while in use of the travel trailer. Full details in binding contract signed upon rental.
The award does NOT include/provide the following:
1). Motor homes. One travel trailer only.
2). Site reservation. The bearer must make their own camping reservations.
3). Linens. Our average trailer is equipped with a Queen bed and two Full beds, details on our website.
4). Camping gear. We do not provide camping chairs, fire pits, fire wood, coolers, etc.
5). Food or beverages.
