At the Vermont Food Collaborative, our mission is to connect Farmers/Producers, Restaurants, Wholesalers, Distributors, Retailers, Processing Facilities, and Educators. As individual producers, and as a team, our collaborative hopes to make safe, healthy, local products available to all. We offer the best Vermont produced meats, produce and goods, retail and wholesale, that our great state has to offer.

THE EDUCATION

When we all gather under one roof, we are better able to share, learn and better understand the inner-workings of our food community. By working with producers, butchers, and educators we provide full circle education, by sharing experience in all aspects of the industry, from farm to plate.
