Elliot Cluba is an herbalist, holistic health coach, and owner of Herbs and Arrows, which opens doors into the education of wilderness awareness/naturalist studies and ancient living and survival skills such as wildcrafting, archery, fire by friction, animal tracking, and martial arts.  He lives with his wife and two children in the Lake Champlain valley of Vermont.
