There's an old proverb that goes something like, "Give a vet student a meal, and you feed them for a day; teach a vet student how to cook and they may never have time to make it again, but at least they'll know how." Or am I remembering that incorrectly? I'll ask Dr. Sweet because I'm sure she doesn't have enough emails to respond to already, but ALSO because she is offering to teach 6 students how to make an Indian dish!
