This photo is a digital montage of parts of several photos of the lotus flower. It was printed with archival ink and matted and framed by Nancy Ridenour, an Ithaca-based artist. She is a member of State of the Art Gallery and takes digital images of flowers, birds, sculptures, architecture, and landscapes.  Her favorite subjects are macro photography of flowers growing in my garden or lotus pond and Florida birds in their native habitats.
