GUCCI Vintage Sterling & Enamel Buckle Bracelet

This fabulous Vintage buckle bracelet is a signed piece by Gucci! Most likely from the 1960's or 1970's, the bracelet is made of sterling and has a stylish green and white striped enameled design. At the front of the piece is a functional silver buckle design, which opens and fastens shut just like a real buckle does. A sterling clasp acts as the loop and snaps shut to hold the sterling strap in place. The strap has three notches and can be fed through the buckle and adjusted to wear tighter or looser as desired. The bracelet is hinged at three places, allowing for a more comfortable fit when worn. Measurements: The band of the bracelet measures 5/8" wide. The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) has three adjustable sizes with approximate measurements as follows: Largest - 2 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" tall; Medium - 2 3/4" wide and 2 1/8" tall; Smallest- 2 1/2" wide and 2" tall.

Condition: The overall condition of this bracelet is excellent. This bracelet has not be worn much;  there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver or enamel design and the buckle clasps and hinges are functional and in good working condition.

Italian fashion house Gucci began as a maker of fine leather goods, and the equestrian buckles and bits of the brand's beginnings are still an integral part of Gucci designs. This sterling silver and enamel example of the classic buckle bracelet dates to the 1960s. It has the pre-1968 Florence Italy Hallmark, and the Makers Mark of Salvadori Natale.
