Off the living room is a spacious deck overlooking towering pine trees that, in the summer, houses a barbeque and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a sunlit dining area that seats eight people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the middle bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the popular 'kids' room features a bunk bed with a single bed on the top and a full-size bed on the bottom. For little ones, a pack-and-play and high chair is available. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.

In the summer, walk out the door to enjoy hiking trails and a recreation center with a gym and pool. For water activities, Lake  Tahoe is only a 20-minute drive, or visit  Donner Lake, with access to a private beach which includes a boat launch and boat, kayak and paddleboard rentals, only 5 minutes away. Or if you're looking for a break from all the action, quaint downtown Truckee, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, is only 5 minutes away.
