Jordan is an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and his career has deep ties to wine country, having for years in Napa Valley.
He has developed wine cellars for numerous Forbes Five Star, James Beard and Michelin Guide-awarded properties, including the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, EDITION Hotels, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and Chef Wolfgang Puck's flagship Spago Beverly Hills.
