Nidhi Shah's family hails from northern India, a region that inspires much of her delicious cooking. She will treat the winner to the dishes that her own family loves: Chicken Tikka Masala Chicken (marinated chicken chunks roasted then added to a spiced tomato cream sauce), Chana masala (flavorful Indian curry with chickpeas in a spicy onion tomato masala gravy), Aloo Gobi (Indian stir-fry made with cauliflower and potatoes), and homemade Roti, also called chapati (thin, round flatbread made from whole wheat flour and water and combined into dough and pan-cooked). Traditional basmati rice and Raita (an Indian style yogurt) will also accompany the meal. Finish off the meal with Gulab Jamun for dessert! 

To unify this beautiful and aromatic meal, Nidhi will personally select a bottle of white wine! Prepared to serve four people and delivered on a date agreed to by all.
