Hokkaido milk bread (Japanese milk bread) is a staple in bakeries throughout Asia, and the Narvid family will bake a pillowy loaf for you! This cloud-like bread is sliced thicker than most sandwich breads and has a mild flavor that pairs well with just about anything -- remember that Instagram-famous egg sandwich?! Milk bread was developed in Japan in the 20th century, using tangzhong, a warm flour-and-water paste traditionally used in China. Whether you like it slathered with butter or for PBJ, you’ll be thankful you won this! Prepared to serve four to six people and be delivered on a mutually agreed upon date.
