This is an hour long session exploring the meaning of one dream or a theme that is re-occurring in different dreams. You will learn how to approach dream interpretation from a Jungian perspective.

Elaine Heroux is a licensed clinical social worker who has graduated from Marion Woodman's BodySoul Rhythms® training program. Specializing in Mind/Body therapy using the creative arts, she works with dreams, art, movement and journaling to help you better understand your inner world.
