Ulrike Theresia Wegele was born in Weingarten, Wu_rttemberg, Germany. She studied Catholic Church Music at the State University of Music and Performing Arts, Stuttgart, with Prof. Dr. Ludger Lohmann. Graduate studies were at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna, with Prof. Michael Radulescu. Diplomas include the A-Examen for Church Music and the Concert Diploma with distinction. She was granted the title Magister Artium.
