Description

1 week stay in superior townhouse located in Aspen's Highlands Village.

This handsome stone and wood duplex townhome, designed by famed architect Robert Stern is four minutes from the ski lifts, sleeps eight adults and three kids in the three bedrooms, a convertible den with its own bath, and fold out sofas in the rec room with large screen TV and own bath and outdoor tub.

Best skiing in Aspen. It’s a 4 minute walk - 100 yards - to lift.

It IS ski in, although recommended only for very good skier - steep, narrow slope/path. Better to ski to the bottom, have a hot toddy at the Ritz Carlton (cloud membership/privileges included), then a steam/sauna/pool swim, then waddle back home for cocktails and dinner.

Ritz-Carlton pool and health club/spa privileges (complimentary), complimentary taxi to/from airport and downtown, great x-country skiing, snowmobiling, endless bike paths, horseback riding, and world class fly fishing minutes away, depending on season.

House guests enjoy membership privileges at the Ritz Carlton club with spa, training room, and year-around outdoor swim pool.

The Aspen core, with endless restaurants, entertainment, luxury shopping is 2 miles away, reached by walking, biking, free bus every 20 minutes, or free taxi included in rent, to/from airport or downtown — no need to rent a car.

Good one year from purchase -  Expiration: 2/15/2022

Exact time by mutual agreement, but excludes X-mas/New Year, Presidents weekend, second half March, 4th July.

Aspen airport is a 10 minute taxi to house.

Airfare not included.
