You will be able to join as many classes as you like during the 2 months. We practice Vinyasa flow yoga which is suitable for all levels and I also offer a free 1-1 session to go through the poses and breathing if you are unsure of anything. There are 2 classes a week of Power Yoga which is a fast class working on strength – this is a great workout! There are classes daily which provide a wonderful community and a real chance to bring new revitalised energy to the body and calm to the mind.

Greetings! My name is Jessie, I live in the beautiful rolling countryside of Dorset in South England. I spent my days walking the hills, teaching yoga and looking after my children. I am also a massage therapist and a Reiki Master. I took my yoga classes online at the beginning of the first lockdown and have been amazed at how beneficial online yoga is, the fact that you can roll out of bed and do a half an hour practice at 6am or a 45 minute practice 9.30am is so good for the body and brings some peace and clarity to the mind.
