Artist bio:

I grew up in the state of Washington, but moved to Las Vegas a few years before retirement. I retired in 2019 a month short of 32 years working for the federal government. I now do what I love. I enjoy photography, painting, drawing, sewing, and most arts and crafts. I have two daughters and I have two grandchildren. I grew up in a large family (11 siblings) and we didn't have a lot of money, so when I received art supplies for Christmas when I was 13, I was the happiest girl on earth. It was one of the best presents I have ever received as a kid. I'm too much of a perfectionist to be that great of an artist, but I enjoy making art come to life through photography, drawing, painting, and sewing.
