Artist Statement: I met the sloth bears for the first time in 2017 while volunteering with Wildlife SOS. I went to India for the elephants, but I have to admit that these beautiful little bears have slowly but surely found their way into my heart. 

Artist Bio:
I am a Finnish artist, and I mostly paint wildlife. Actually, many of my models are the Wildlife SOS elephants. I first volunteered with them in 2017 and that trip changed my life. You could say the Wildlife SOS elephants are my first love. I have painted all my life, but in recent years I have painted more and more, and elephants have been and are still my inspiration. In the summer of 2019 Sanelie Art was born. I sell my original paintings, art prints, and other art products. 10% of sales goes to charity.
