Our resident elephants are survivors in every sense of the word and we never leave an opportunity to celebrate them in their brave healing journey. This delicious cake is as unique as our elephants and is nutritious and delicious in every bite as it is made out of cooked concentrate. Cooked concentrate can essentially be considered 'dry porridge' and contains delicious condiments like ragi flour, turmeric, ginger, garlic and black pepper. This is made specially by our keepers for the elephants under our care, as it helps in strengthening immunity and boosting muscle strength.
