• Central Air.  Large dining table seats 8.  All new furniture, cookware and tableware in 2018.  Full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, including a large lobster pot.  Washer & dryer, HD TV with Cable & Netflix, outdoor seating / eating table with an outdoor 'fireplace' for relaxing in the evening, toasting marshmallows and making s'mores.
