Refreshing salad with romaine lettuce, ripe tomatoes, crispy cucumber, scallions, hearts of palm, roasted pumpkin seeds, avocado, fresh oregano, and a white balsamic vinaigrette

Entrée

Choice of (all parties must choose the same entrée)

1)     Chinese Pepper Steak

Cubes of tender filet mignon sautéed with onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and a melt-in-your mouth savory soy-wine-ginger sauce (not spicy)

2)     Moroccan Halibut

Flaky halibut seared and basted with a sauce of butter, honey and Ras El Hanout*

*Ras El Hanout is a North African spice mixture of mainly sweet spices, usually including cardamom, cumin, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground ginger, salt and pepper (mild, not spicy)
