Child & Parent Yoga with Teacher Lindsay will be a 45-minute, fun and mindful yoga class for 10 children and their parents (20 yogis total). The class will (ideally, hopefully!) be enjoyed outdoors in a Palo Alto park on July 24, 2021 in the late morning, from 10:00-10:45. Teacher Lindsay will lead the yogis through a fun and active yoga class, where they will practice mindful breathing and a playful flow sequence. (Event will take place on Zoom if outdoor gatherings arent permitted at the time.)
