Not too long before she joined the Trinity staff as marketing and development director, Maureen Crone worked in her Portsmouth home studio creating handbuilt ceramics and teaching classes to wannabe ceramic artisans. Now it's your turn! Up to three makers of any age are welcome to join her for a lesson in the basics of handbuilding. With these skills, you can build anything! But for this class, you'll make 3 pieces-- a pinch pot, a coil pot, and a slab piece of your choosing. All materials are provided, and 2 classes over a 2 week period are what you can expect before finishing your works of art.
