This is your chance to experience a 90 minute rolfing session with Katie Grauel, the owner of Moab Rolfing and a certified Rolfer.

Rolfing structural integration is a holistic manual therapy and movement education that strives to bring greater ease and awareness to posture and movement, resulting in less effort and pain and in a greater possibilities to achieve your full potential.

Katie Grauel, a longtime outdoor enthusiast, instructor, and guide, is a graduate of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute and is a certified Rolfer.  She is also a board certified structural integrator, licensed massage therapist, EMT, and a wilderness first responder.
