Enjoy dinner for two at Red Cliffs Lodge Cowboy Grill!

Savor fresh, hearty cuisine in an intimate setting at The Cowboy Grill, where we offer expertly prepared cuisine amidst magnificent views of the Colorado River and Fisher Towers rock formations. Fuel up for a day of activity at our restaurant’s all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, featuring a full selection of hot and cold dishes. Join us for a BBQ lunch on the River Deck, a wonderful place to eat during the warmer months. And cap off another exciting afternoon with a delicious dinner, highlighted by grilled salmon, pork chops and pasta. Dinner is served seven days a week, 5:00 PM. to CLOSE, starting mid February to December and is closed in January.

Red Cliffs occupies a premiere plot of real estate - high on the banks of the Colorado River surrounded by 2000 foot sheer red rock cliffs. Enjoy the view on one of the many decks and porches wrapping the main lodge and conference room. The restaurant deck and patio face upriver to the east and provide an undisturbed view of Fisher Towers (10 miles away) and the river itself, 100 feet below.
