Description
This architectural design consultation is available for a small residential remodel or design project. The service includes a brief site visit (~1/2 hour), either in person if local, or via video conference if farther away, followed up by sketches and/or design ideas.
This service is provided by Serena Coltrane-Briscoe, who holds a Master of Architecture (MArch) from the University of Oregon and has worked for a local architecture firm since 2016.
Special Instructions
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 12:00-2:00pm and Friday, May 14, 2021 from 12:00-4:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
SunRidge School is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping and/or mailing.
