You are bidding on 1 Raw Vegan Meyer Lemon Pie made by our own kindergarten parent and chef, Danielle Steffener! The pie is 9" in diameter and serves 8.
This is a delicious vegan version of a cheesecake. Made with almond, walnuts, and dates for the crust. Cashews, Meyer lemon juice, and zest, coconut oil, dates, vanilla, and salt. Nuts can be altered for crust if there are allergies. If redeemed after lemon season an alternate fruit can be used.
Delivery or pick-up will be coordinated at time of redemption.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 12:00-2:00pm and Friday, May 14, 2021 from 12:00-4:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
