2019 Rosé of Pinot Noir:

Soft aromas of strawberry, raspberry and hints of stone fruit as well as peach blossom and melon. Fresh entry on the palate with bright acid, ripe peach and strawberry with a smooth creamy finish. Alc. 12.2% by volume. 

2019 Blanc de Noirs:

This is our second Blanc de Noirs release, made in the Méthode Champenoise style from Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes were sourced 2/3 from Eden Vineyard and 1/3 from Tanuda Ridge Vineyard. This is also the first project taken on by our head winemaker, Ross Cobb, right after he joined the Furthermore Wines team. Blanc de Noirs literally means "white from black" and results in a white (or blush) wine produced from red grapes due to the juice having minimal contact with the skins. Méthode Champenoise means that the traditional methods of Champagne were used with secondary fermentation occuring in the bottle and disgorgement of the lees in the bottle via a riddling process.The wine is enjoyably crisp with small bubbles, leading with aromatic hints of fresh strawberry, grapefruit and orange blossom that evolves into light stone fruit flavors on the palate. Alc. 11.2% by Volume

2017 Graton Ridge Vineyard Pinot Noir:

Fresh on the nose with fragrant aromas of cherry, red currant and raspberry with a spice reminiscent of black tea and dried orange peel. The palate includes flavors of raspberry, blackberry and chocolate covered cherry. Great acidity and a subtle minerality reminiscent of wet river rock. Alc. 13.8% by volume.
