Nigel's goal is creating memorable food experiences while using locally sourced sustainable products. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Nigel worked in kitchens from LA to New Orleans, learning authentic Creole and Southern cuisine under the tutelage of Chef/icon Leah Chase. In Los Angeles, Nigel worked at The Kitchen for Exploring Foods, The Peninsula Beverly Hills, and became the Executive Chef for WMG/IMG's corporate restaurant, Jack & Ben's. Nigel provides services for the Hollywood elite, national music festivals, film productions and local fundraisers. When Nigel isn't cooking, he is hosting his white hot series, The Gumbo Pot Podcast.
