The Butcher's Daughter is a plant-based restaurant, cafe, juice bar and "vegetable slaughterhouse." We treat fruits and vegetables as a butcher would treat meat: chopping, filleting & carving fresh produce into healthy vegetarian dishes and pressing them into pretty juices.
