This item offers the turn-key installation of an Electric Vehicle Charger for a single family dwelling, including all equipment as well as the design and permitting. The winning bidder may select either the Tesla Wall Connector for Tesla cars or a Webasto charger (manufacturer). Important to note that LADWP offers a rebate of $500 for the installation of an EV charger, however processing of this paperwork is not included in the auction item. Green Water and Power is a Los Angeles headquartered electrical contracting and services company that specializes in solar, EV chargers and batteries. They partnered with WNS in the installation of both our solar and EV charging systems and estimate that they have installed roughly 10% of all electric vehicle chargers in Los Angeles.
Special Instructions
Open to the WNS Community only. The desired location of the charger must be near an electrical panel, which must also have sufficient physical space and electrical capacity for the charger installation. No LADWP or other rebate paperwork processing is included in this donation. However a permit for the work will be obtained from the local building department.
